Error Message: Setup Initialization Error: Error 105. ISSET_SE: Segment not present fault. - Search Again

CAUSE

This occurs when the installation path for PCsync or Music Mover is too long.

SOLUTION

1. See Technical Document 170: How do I Uninstall PCsync? for steps to uninstall PCsync and Music Mover.

Note: You must uninstall both programs.

2. Reboot the computer.


3. Place the PCsync CD-ROM in your CD drive.


4. Click Install PCsync when the Welcome screen appears.


5. Use C:\Program Files\PCsync as the Program Path.
