Error Message: Dr. Watson notifies an error occurred in file _INSO432_MP.exe - Search Again

SUMMARY

I am trying to install LapLink in Windows NT or Windows 2000. I get a Dr. Watson error in _INSO432_MP.exe . How can I fix this?
