Note: If you installed the USB Network cable drivers when you installed PCsync skip to the section Add New Hardware Wizard.
Install the USB Network Adapter
- Insert the PCsync 2.0 CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive or run Welcome.exe if you've downloaded PCsync.
- Click Set Up cables.
- Click Install the USB Network drivers now.
- Click Yes to two messages referring to digital signatures.
- When the driver is installed, plug in the USB Network cable.
When the Gold USB Network cable is plugged in the Add New Hardware wizard starts.
Add New Hardware Wizard
- Click Next.
- Click Search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended).
- Check the box Specify a location, then click Next.
- Click the Browse button and find the folder C:\Program Files\PCsync.
- Click OK, then Next.
- Click Finish.
PCsync is ready to make a USB connection. When PCsync is running on both computers it automatically connects with the other machine.
