Error "The Site has Removed One or More of the Items You are Trying to Transfer" when Using PCsync SmartXchange - Search Again SUMMARY I have set up SmartXchange to transfer files to another location. When I run the SmartXchange, I get an error message that reads "The site has removed one or more of the items you are trying to transfer. Refresh the view and try the task again." I've tried this and I still get the error message. What is wrong? SOLUTION This error message can occur if a file name inadvertently gets included in the path of the Remote drive in the SmartXchange Properties.
To correct this problem, delete the SmartXchange and recreate it.
- In the PCsync tree pane, click MySmartXchanges.
- In the PCsync list pane, click the SmartXchange that created the error
- Click the red X in the button bar to delete the SmartXchange.
To prevent this problem, do not click on a file in the PCsync list pane after connecting to the Remote Shared Folder or Internet Drive.
