PCsync Reports the Computer is Out of Memory or Freezes when Using SmartXchange - Search Again

SUMMARY

I use SmartXchange to upload files and folders from root level of one of my drives (for example, C:\ or D:\ ) to either my Remote Shared Folder or my Internet Drive. If I copy just a few files, I see an error message that this computer is out of available memory. If I copy more than 10 files, PCsync freezes and I have to reboot my computer. What can I do?

SOLUTION

This known problem is intermittent and our engineers are working on a solution. Please submit a question to Technical Support to find out the current status.

Until a permanent solution is available, this problem can be avoided by using drag and drop to copy folders or files if they are at the root level of your drive.
