How do I Install without a CD-ROM - Search Again

 

SUMMARY

I need to install my LapLink product onto a machine without a CD-Rom. Is this possible?

 

SOLUTION

Recent LapLink, Inc. products have a diskette utility which will create diskettes for systems which have no CD-Rom drive.

For LapLink Gold

  1. Insert the CD into the CD-Rom drive.

  2. On the Welcome screen, click Create Disks.


For PCsync
  1. Insert the CD into the CD-Rom drive.

  2. On the Welcome screen, click Make Disk.


Note: If the Welcome screen does not automatically appear, use Windows Explorer, locate WELCOME.EXE on the CD, and then double-click the file.
