PCsync attempts to Dial an Internet Connection when launched. - Search Again

 

SUMMARY

When I launch PCSync it always brings up a window for my dial-up internet connection. How can I stop this?

 

SOLUTION

Follow these steps to stop the dial-up connection from appearing when PCsync is launched.

  1. From the Windows Start menu, point to Settings and click Control Panel.

  2. Double-click Internet Options.

  3. Click the Connection tab.

  4. Select Never Dial a Connection.

  5. Click Apply.

  6. Click OK.


PCsync will not attempt to access your Dial-Up connection during launch.
